Meet The Guides
Sukeshi P. Arora, MD
Dr. Sukeshi P. Arora has been practicing yoga since 2004, when she went to her first yoga class at the school gym. As a medical oncologist, her passion is to incorporate the healing arts into Western medicine. She incorporates Vedic philosophy into her asana practices, with the goal of healing from the inside out in all aspects of being--physical, mind, psychological, spiritual. She obtained her 200 YTT in 2020 with VIP Yoga in San Antonio, TX. She’s excited to bring this yoga series merging yoga philosophy with an asana practice.
Barbara Robles-Ramamurthy, MD
Dr. Barbara Robles-Ramamurthy has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and received her 200 hour YTT in 2022. As a psychiatrist rooted in community and passionate about expanding culturally affirming mental health practices, she believes yoga and other ancestral medicine practices can be transformative tools that complement many mainstream mental health services. In her work to support and empower caregivers, she hopes to provide as many options that promote health and healing in diverse communities.
